Also known as JBR, is a 1.7 kilometers long and 2 square kilometers gross floor area waterfront community located against the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina. It is the largest single phase residential development in the world and contains 40 towers (35 are residential and 5 are hotels). JBR can accommodate about 15,000 people, living in its apartments and hotel rooms. The Project has 6,917 apartments, from 900 sq ft (84 m2) studios to 5,500 sq ft (510 m2) penthouses. The Greens consist of a pleasant mix of low and high rise apartment towers. The Greens offers good quality flats with ample on site community facilities. There are a few new high rise towers- The Links, The Views etc. that have views of the golf courses and the Dubai Marina and the sea. A popular and well located area that is more reasonably priced compared to the Dubai Marina and offers a more serene atmosphere. The Greens is an Emaar community that is very well established. It is primarily made up of low rise buildings around central shared facilities.
